It’s Monday. Not only is it Monday, I had a doctor’s appointment AND a dentist appointment today. And I worked a normal 8 hour day…starting at 6 am. That means it’s takeout pizza night here! Definitely not the healthiest start to the week, but at least I ate lots of fruit and veggies for lunch!
Monday: Pizza (our fav pizza place runs great weeknight specials M-W – I think I could get used to weeknight pizza!)
Tuesday: Thai Chicken Curry with Brown Rice
Wednesday: Fish Tacos
Thursday: Swiss Steak, Mashed Potatoes, Green Beans (leftovers in the freezer from Mom’s visit!)
Friday: Spicy Sausage Pasta Skillet
Saturday: Crunchy Chicken Tacos
Sunday: Pulled Pork Sandwiches
