Monday: Fish Tacos (one of our favorite quick dinners)
Tuesday: Shrimp, Crab Cakes, Roasted Potatoes and Asparagus
Wednesday: Lo Mein (trying to use up some veggies from the fridge!)
Thursday: Stuffed Peppers
Friday: Chicken Fajitas
Saturday: Dinner Out
Sunday:  Quiche
